Virtual Assistant.
We are looking for a part-time Virtual Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with our clients and the Founder/CEO to serve as an Executive Assistant. The role will be part-time, 5-20 hours per week to start, but could grow over time.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Management of inbox and correspondence with the client’s on behalf of the Founder/CEO
Manage busy schedules and calendars
Phone calls and follow-up
Task management & data entry
Booking and coordinating travel arrangements
Managing new leads and clients
Research/Troubleshoot various items/tasks
Light bookkeeping, invoicing, and general duties
Experience:
At least two (2) years of experience in an administrative support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
Efficient worker with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Anytime between 8 am - 6 pm
