Virtual Assistant.

We are looking for a part-time Virtual Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with our clients and the Founder/CEO to serve as an Executive Assistant. The role will be part-time, 5-20 hours per week to start, but could grow over time.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Management of inbox and correspondence with the client’s on behalf of the Founder/CEO

  • Manage busy schedules and calendars

  • Phone calls and follow-up

  • Task management & data entry

  • Booking and coordinating travel arrangements

  • Managing new leads and clients

  • Research/Troubleshoot various items/tasks

  • Light bookkeeping, invoicing, and general duties

Experience:

  • At least two (2) years of experience in an administrative support role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel

  • Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills

  • Efficient worker with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Anytime between 8 am - 6 pm
